      For the finest instruction in Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts. Experience the best workout you'll ever love with top instructors utilizing more than 30 kickboxing bags, speedbags, conditioning mats and a professional boxing ring as well as cardio and weight training equipment - All to help you get in the best shape ever! Come in anytime - We are open 7 days a week and offer a schedule of classes to meet the demands of the busiest of people. Choose to work out on your own or take any of our classes for one low monthly fee. Come in and see why we were recently written up in both the Woburn Advocate and the Burlington Times. We know you're going to love us. Click here to view video. MK Boxing will be coming up on it's 5th year anniversary doing business in Woburn. We are planning on having a celebration party at the Venetian Moon Italian Restaurant on Sunday October 17th. We will be inviting all the members of the gym, and their guest for great food on the house. I will be coming out with more details in the near future. MK Boxing will be adding a new Mixed Martial Arts Octagon Training Cage for it's members. The cage will be made available for those training in Mixed Martial Arts, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at MK Boxing. We will be one of the few gyms in Massachusetts, that have both a Professional Boxing Ring, and an Octagon Cage on premises for it's clients. We have also added more focus mitts, training bags and Thai pads for our clients. MK Boxing will be hosting a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Tournament in late October for it's members. We will be inviting a number of other training facilities to the tournament to compete. I would also like to mention that MK Boxing has approximately 40% percent of it's clientele are female who are training in Boxing, Kickboxing. Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts. Some of the ladies of the gym also compete in local tournaments in all those disciplines. MK Boxing continues to offer these classes in a friendly non intimidating environment. A number of friendships have developed at this gym, and a lot of camaraderie exist MK Boxing MK Boxing clients will be participating in the upcoming Rocky Marciano Boxing Tournament held in different locations in the state. Last year, MK Boxing members won 2 Championship Belts in their respective weight divisions. I would like to thanks all the instructors, and clients of MK Boxing for helping us make this a successful gym in these tough economic times. We know there are many other gyms to choose from, but many of our clients have chosen to stay with MK Boxing for their training, and fitness goals. I am thankful to all of you that have supported this gym over the years. I hope everyone is enjoying this great summer, and look forward to seeing everyone back in September.
