I am dissatisfied because from the day we moved into our home we have been confounded by the way we have been treated by the North Attleboro branch, Mike the credit manager in particular.

It first began when we received amercement from Riley due to prior tenants who did not pay a bill. We, as new customers and tenants, were expected to pay their outstanding bill and answer for their billing and faults which completely perplexed us. Of course we would never agree to do so, however, we were immediately treated as if we owed Mike our eternal gratitude by receiving our initial propane delivery- even after making a fair deposit. We told Mike we were not interested in doing business with them if that is how they treat, let alone speak, to new customers at the beginning of a business relationship. We were told we could not switch providers as the tanks on our property belonged to them.

Fast forward two years later, after 1 year of "probationary" auto-fill and 1 year of "probationary" budget payments we're quite tired of being on probation for no reason whatsoever. We are tired of being timely bill payers, yet spoken to as if we are Tiny Tim begging for a lump of coal by this man!

We have always payed our bills and often times even hold credit with Riley. We recently discovered that we were misinformed from our initial agreement. We were snowballed into having an account with W H Riley because Mike simply failed to mention that if we choose a competitor all they have to do is swap the tanks, set Riley's to the side, and they will then have to pick them up.

In the meantime we get to save 60 cents per gallon!
