      Not only did they answer rude and unattentivly they have this annoying ringing clown music ringing in your ear. I called wanting a quote and was put on hold like I had been nuisance. I was placed on hold for longer then 10 minutes and had to hang up. Not a great place to get insurance

      I have had car insurance with Jim Holmes Agency off and on for many years I've never had a problem. They're all family I think. I was going there when they had babies that were brought to work with them. I thought that was awesome.

      The young lady that answered the phone was the most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful person that I have ever encountered at an insurance agency. I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes, and when I finally hung up and called back again, she had no idea what she was doing and when she asked for help, she made sure I could here her telling another person helping her, that I was extremely rude, over and over again. Terrible customer service skills, and I will never deal with a Jim Holmes agency again.
