I went to T-Mobile to try out their service. After 2 weeks I was not impressed. I loved the note 3 I had but not the service coverage. I returned the phone before the trial period was finished and was told from Anthony I would receive my deposit back in 2 weeks at most. I did not receive my refund and contacted this store about a month later. I spoke with the manager and Anthony numerous times doing everything i needed to do to receive the refund. I was told it would be refunded in 2 weeks in a prepaid card. That was a 2 months ago. I do not expect to see the $300 I used as a deposit on the phone ever again. This review is a warning. Do not trust this business Establishment. I only speak of this particular business, not T-Mobile as a whole. Even if you speak to the manager, I would not trust them, again.
