We had Wisco Windows and siding Installed Andersen windows and vynil siding to our house in Kings Grant. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a home improvement project. Everything starting with the no pressure sales presentation to the quality products and installation at the best price. After getting several quotes from competing companies we are so happy we chose Wisco. Our home is now beautiful and we have recommend Wisco to several friends and neighbors whom all have had similar enjoyable experiences. No other company had the selection of products and great prices as Wisco has. We Highly recommend this company and are proud to tell people of our experience. We give Wisco five stars.

I wish I knew then what I know now, they (WISCO) say after 7 yrs, they can't help me. Their windowns have lost the seal and moisture gathers between the 2 panes of glass. The mfg. replaced the windows with a wrong size. I made 3 trips downtown. They DO NOT have anyone to take out the old glass and put the new glass back in the frame. They DO NOT keep measurements and your customer number is no help. I was not provided with a list of sizes and according to the mfg. they don't either and I found that out today. They are NOT going to replace any screens that holes came in after 10 years even though they are warrantied beyond 50 yrs. The mfg is now trading as Ellison in Rual Hall,NC. Therefore, the warranty that I have in my hand is not worth the paper it is printed on. Beware!!!

Had a big problem with patio doors from this company. The doors came in hinged the wrong way, and at first they were trying to force me to take them that way. Once I started talking directly witht the owner, they started trying to make things right. It took a very long time, but they finally got them installed for me. They also did aluminum trim wrapping on the house. They did a great job on that. The workers were very good at what they do. The bottom line--they were a good value on the trim wrapping, but I would probably be careful using them for new doors.
