I have lived in this area my whole life (39 years), and this location has been awful for at least the last 10 years. Each time I've ordered, there has been a problem, but I've hoped that it was a one time event. My disappointments have been from items missing, cold sandwiches/fries, and poorly wrapped food. I will never order from this location again. It's a pain to get home with your food and find that is it not even warm. The staff didn't seem very attentive when I ordered so why would I waste more time, energy, and fuel to drive back and seek correction. Lesson learned. I will NOT return to this location (Wards Corner Wendy's in Norfolk).

The employees are not inviting, they act as if you are a problem when you come through the door. (Usually your order is incorrect!!) The food is usually cold. The manager usually has a bad attitude, upset that you the customer of all people complained of bad service. The cashiers are more interested in their 3 inch ghetto-fabulous nails or hair instead of collecting the money or getting the order correct.(Consider the fact, that this restaurant is right across from the health dept!!!) It is hard working in the fast food industry and the wage is usually low, however having pride in yourself and how well you complete the job is priceless!!!! (You chose the job, not me!!)
