The Store for Stores

I am the artist Dollner and I was looking for an artist display racks and things. The staff here at store for stores was most helpful to me. They took the time for me for my price range to put it all together and I got just what I needed for my first show in Norfolk. I told all of my friends about how wonderful Store for Stores is. I do recommend them for anyone looking to buy equipment for their new business exhibits and whatever they need to display . You won't believe your eyes at the things that they have to help you they got cash registers display cases racks bolts and screws all kinds of stuff ink pens with your logos on them oh I do recommend them!!!!!

Good store

My wife and i went to shop at the store for stores today. we came all the way from richmond, and wouldnt make it in time. the owner said it was not a problem and graciously waited for us along with a few employees. they were all very knowledgable and super friendly. we had such a great experience that we didnt want to leave. i rank the customer service above a ten and the prices were very reasonable! i would and already have reccomended the store for stores to other people.

I went in there with a couple good ideas of what I wanted for my new store & the took it to the next level!! Great staff & quick service! I would definitely recommend The Store for Stores for ANYONE who needs store displays. Thanks guys! I will be seeing you again soon :)

I have worked with Natalie East of The Store For Stores for over a year. Natalie and her team have always be helpful and polite. I would recommend The Store For Stores for anyone with retail needs. They are very knowledgeable about retail fixtures both stock and custom. If they don't have it in inventory they can get it for you. Ed White

HUGE disappointment!!! Customer service is LOUSY! ... Went into The Store For Stores today, and was completely ignored by staff. The store was not crowded at all, and there was only 1 shopper other than myself; BUT, neither the woman behind the counter, nor the male employee who came out from a back room EVER, EVER greeted me, acknowledged my presence, or offered me ANY assistance. I browsed for over 15 minutes, and neither of them ever said one single word to me. It's a relatively small store, PLUS it's a buzz in door; so, they definitely knew when I entered. No excuses! That is an absolutely horrible way to treat a customer - in any economy - but especially in this one! ... BIG mistake treating me that way! Their loss! ... I am opening a new store, and had entered Store For Stores this afternoon prepared & w/funds to order several thousand dollars worth of clothing racks, display cases, display tables, hangers, etc. I will take my business (AND my money!) elsewhere.
