Aaron and Tim saved my laptop and my relationship with my boss as a result. I spilled 1/2 a cup of coffee on my work computer that is less than 1 year old and was purchased for $1200. It was dead. Best Buy offered nothing but high prices to send it off to their HQ where they told me it would almost definitely NOT be repairable. Remedy PC took it on as a personal challenge, digging deep into the innermost cables of the PC. They were able to find the short, clean it up, and replace the keyboard for an incredibly reasonable price. Great service, great prices.
