First of all the service was terriable!! We spent a whole 42.00 dollars for an all you can eat. We had ordered 2nds and they refussed to serve it to us. They said we had been there before and had taken it home. we havent been there in about 6 months and what is wrong with taking leftovers home. on top of that the manger wouldnt talk to us and the help there on 11-4-10 was so rude. Then they can go in the back and laugh about it wow that so nice when were still sitting there and can hear them. If you gona say something you should make sure the people are gone before you laugh about it. i can promise i will tell all my friends what a bad place that is to go and i will never go to ricardo in norfolk ne again!!!!!!! very unhappy!!! Patt!!!!!!!!!
