First off, let me preface this review by stating that I am not one who usually writes reviews - especially negative ones. However, after the horrible service that this establishment delivered to my wife, I believed that it is worth sharing in order to help others avoide the hassles if possible. My wife had made reservations at this establishment as a birthday gift for her parents, and paid up front several weeks in advance. Then, literally on her way out the door to the airport to fly and visit her folks- these people called and stated that they were unable to deliver on their reservation. They offered no apology, nor any alternative options - they merely stated that they had just booked a wedding party and that they couldn't deliver on the package deal which was previously booked, which included dinner. Then, to add insult to injury, they charged my wife a $25 cancellation fee when she decided to just make reservations elsewhere! I would definitely stay away from this place and
