Never ever pawn your titile I repeat never!! And not to these guys, the worst business I've ever came across in my life! Never go here! Never ever! Ever! They're shady and talk to people in a crazy way!

t started with me complaning on the branch manger to the owner of the company in march of 2013 i had to call another store to ask them for the number for the courprate office i was told to my surprise that the courprate did not exist and that the worker would have to email the owner and i would have to wait for a phone call. So thats what i did well the owner finally called me back and when i talked to him i told him that the branch manger maria was very rude with me very short with me talked about me to the other worker who was there in spanish when i can in the door to make the payment. I asked the owner if thats how they treat their customers and that i would feel more comfortable if they would move my pawn to another location. i also told the owner bill that i was having to make two seprate payments a month due to the fact that i could not affourd to pay the hole amount all at one time witch is 360.00 he told me that he understands and that he would talk to maira about her attidue towads me and solve the problem. I have also called the owner a second time later about 2 months due to the fact that she was still treating me like a child same things were still going on. Got nothing done just like last time. Now it is november and i have ran into another proplem with the company i made a payment for my account on the 27 of october for 260 by money order the office was closed so i put the payment under the door in an envelope just like i have serveral times befour in the 11 months that i have been paying on this loan that i had. I made another payment on the 10 of november for 110 witch would cover my payment for the mounth of october. I did this payment the same way i did the other got a money order and stuck it under the door. Well on the 14 of november the title pawn can and took my veichele told me it was for none payment now keep in mind that i am not behind on my payments at all have paid every month always paid. So i was shocked cause i could not understand why. So the next day i called the store ask what was going on thats when the maria told me oh we didnt receive your payment i was shocked cause how could you not have got it i put it under the door and it was in a money order oh i dont know you will have to speak to troy, so i call troy told him also told him that i keept the receipt he told me to send the receipt to him via fax so i did. and that he would call me back i also left another message with the owner. well i got no call from either on that day so the next day i called him thats when he told me that they didnt beleave me that people have done this befour and then cashed the money order i tried to plea with him why and what sine would it make for me to walk with a 110 money order that has not been cashed and not pay my car payment. it would make no since. thats when he told me that they still didnt beleave me and that the owner was not going to call me back due to the fact that he was tired of trying to help me and that no matter what they were not going to reverse the repo and that if i wanted my car i would have to pay 5200.00 now keep in mind they only on there records i only owed 110 for the month of october and have already paid 360 for 11 months so is equal to 3900 i only barrowed 3800 so with what i paid and what there going to sell my car for is like a profit of almost 10,000 please help me get this out to the people cause if there doing it to me there doing it to others to get there cars
