WE HAVE STUDIO ONE AND TWO BEDROOMS RENTALS AVAILABLE ON A DAILY WEEKLY OR MONTHLY BASIS. ALL ROOMS COME EQUIPPED WITH KITCHENETTES AC CABLE TV AND FREE WIFI ACCESS. PRIVATE ACCESS TO THE BEACH IS ACROSS THE STREET AND OUR MARINA ACCESSIBLE VIA THE INTERCOASTAL WATERWAY HAS 14 BOAT SLIPS FOR RENT WITH FULL ACCESS TO SHORE POWER. LOCATED WALKING DISTANCE TO SEVERAL RESTAURANTS AND MAJOR SHOPPING CENTERS ARE 5 MINUTES AWAY TO THE SOUTH IN VENICE OR 10 MINUTES TO THE NORTH IN SARASOTA. FRONT DESK IS AVAILABLE FROM 9 AM TO 3 PM 7 DAYS A WEEK.
