I talked with the operation manager "Dean" and he was very polite and helpful to me. I needed a replacement fan blade that I had already purchased 2 ceiling fans from a lowe's store. The Noblesville store was the 5th store that I called and received the help that I needed. Dean was able to assist me by finding a phone number. He called me back within minutes of finding the number and seemed to be as concerned as I was with getting the correct part. I had invested over $600.00 including the installation of having these two fans installed. If it Dean would not have helped me like he did than all of my money would have been wasted.

Thank you Dean from the bottom of my heart and way to go for helping a customer beyond the sale of purchase. Wish more associates were like yourself.
