Notably good service experience

I had two teeth chip and no dentist, I called and made an appointment immediately, they initiated the repair and referred me to a specialist. I was very impressed with the friendly staff and the facility.

Cash is King in this Dental Office

I went to this dentist, made all payment arrangements before coming in. THEY failed to complete some paperwork and in place of taking care of my emergency needs they turned me away because I didnt bring any cash with me. I needed a $1300 proceedure mostly covered by my insurance but they wouldnt do the work unless I gave them the final $200. Really left me with the impression that they dont really care about thier customers.I ended up driving down the street to Prairie Lakes Dental Care(less then a block away) where I recived service on the spot with no appointment. I was impressed.
