I highly recommend their food, the bread is the best I've ever tasted, BUT the female employee taking phone orders at night hung up on me before I could give her my payment information, did not ask how I would be paying, and then became extremely rude when I called back to pay for my food, walking away from the phone and mouthing off, apparently not realizing that I could STILL HEAR HER. Buck's has great food, but there is obviously a problem with customer service at the Nitro location, and this is not the first time we have gotten an attitude problem from this location.

i will not order anymore buck because i order a ham and cheese sub with let tom and mayo and i got green pepper and onions on it..and when i call to tell them the girl was very rude to me..i can understand that people mess up but she is didnt havee to be so rude sry buck but you lost my business
