I hired Martha to file a bankruptcy case for me. She accepted half down, and the other half at completion of my paperwork. She called me and told me she was finished with the paperwork, and I need to come in a sign the paperwork. When I went to sign the first time she wasn't there and told me she had an emergency and to put the check in the mail slot and we can reschedule. When we finally reschedule after several attempt, I came in and she started right with signing the paperwork. After paying her $1535.00 she informs me that the attorney she was working under went crazy and she need another $335.00 for file my bankruptcy. And as a single mom I told her I paid you all the money agreed too. She then informed me she would file my paperwork, which never happened. Well, needles to say I had to take her to small claims court, which I won the judgment against her, because she never filed my bankruptcy paperwork and lied to the judge. During the time of this I found out that she was never under an attorney, and she knew the attorney she said she was working under closed her business in 2007, and this was 2015. Well, when I started collection of the money I was awarded which I have a signed agreement with Martha to pay me back, guess what, Martha and the company she solo owned, All American Legal Documents, filed bankruptcy, with my money!! So please DON"T do business with company or person. She is a scammer and a thief!! And another thing, why would you write your own review to look good "Very Happy" below is the owner..Seriuos! If Martha tries to dispute this, I have all the paperwork and everything to show this is true........

I was reading the reviews below. The one dated 7/14/2009 is the owner of the company. I can't believe she would really do that, but I do, because she is a scammer and theif. Believe me, don't ever hire this company or person. She isn't under in attorney, and if she says she is, you better call that attorney.

WELL,DO YA WANNA LOSE YOUR HOME AND ALL YOU OWN BECAUSE OF A BUSINESS THAT ONLY CARES ABOUT THE $$$$. WELL, I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU HIRE THIS BUSINESS.I DID, MY DEAD MOTHER DID AND NOW, I WILL BECOME HOMELESS IN AMERICA BECAUSE OF IT! TRUST ME, IT IS NOT WORTH THE PAIN AND SUFFERING THAT YOU GO THROUGH, ITS DEVASTATING TO THINK YOUR RELATIVES WERE TRYING TO PROTECT THE SURVIVING RELATIVES VIA A LIVING TRUST AND NOW TO LOSE IT ALL! ITS NOT WORTH IT! TAKE ADVICE AND HIRE BUSINESSES THAT CONSIDER YOU AS MORE THAN (A DEAD DOLLAR WALKING) FOR ME , ITS TOO LATE. BUT, YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO SAVE WHAT YOU HAVE OR ARE CHOOSING TO LEAVE YOUR RELATIVES WHEN YOUR GONE.
