This business is my favorite because I love home decorating and I love to help people find new stuff that they would like for their home's. The thing that is unique about this business is that it has so much stuff to look at for your home like a lawn mower that is right for you or a new bathroom sink that you would love. When i went to Lowe's I had really great service there and the employees was really nice and liked to help me when I needed it.

TERRIBLE!! We had a very large purchase recently. We are ordered flooring, new sliding doors, and some other items. The flooring had to be shipped so we asked if they could just hold two sliders so we could pick it up all at once. They said they'd hold them for us, no big deal people do it all the time. We got the call to pick everything up but there were no sliders! They had sold all of them and didn't hold the two we ALREADY PAID FOR!!!! Customer service was terrible. No one wanted to help. They just said we were pretty much out of luck until the next shipment came in.
Found the supplies we needed to do home repair and installation. The employees were helpful. We only had a couple of times when we had to wait for someone to help us. And when we had to wait for a long time for assistance the manager took 10% off of our purchase that day.
