I had a terrible experience with this lab they did not take my right ID insurance number and when they claim the insurance with the wrong information they got rejected then they send the bill to credit collection service immediately they did not contact me to take the right insurance. It is their fault they make the mistake and put it on me and Now I have to pay the bill whereas the insurance company say they didn’t receive the claim. I called Quest Diagnostics many times to try to solve this problem, but they blame me for their mistake.I will never go to this lab again.
