First time for me writing a review and would like to share my experience. When this restaurant was chosen recently to be the location for our luncheon following my fathers funeral, I checked out the reviews here on yelp. The reviews I read made me nervous but I didn't make an issue of it.

Our experience counters so many of the negative things I've read about lone tree. The owner/manager and staff were so very accommodating to our very large group. We had many more people show up than we made reservations for- and we were met with quick, polite, and speedy service. The staff worked quickly to add more tables, chairs and place settings on the fly.

I come from a large Polish family, so I know great food;) and the food at lone tree manor was excellent! I heard from guests at all the tables that everything was delicious- the staff even accommodated people's requests for more helpings of any items they devoured and wanted more of. The chicken, fish, pierogi, and cold salads (especially the unique cole slaw!) were among the favorites.

This whole experience was a big deal to me and my family for many reasons- during the difficult time we were going through on the day of my fathers funeral- food brought us together to reminisce, enjoy each other's company, and feel at-home.

I highly recommend the lone tree manor. The food was great; homemade traditional favorites along with some unique dishes that we had never had- but definitely wanted more of! :)

Great restaurant, SUPER REASONABLE PRICING, delicious food, accommodating and kind staff, and an overall wonderful experience.

I will be going back soon, that's for sure, and recommend it to everyone in the area!!

Big thank you to the people at lone tree manor, you all provided so much more than great food service for us!

The Lone Tree has been my familys meeting place for the last 15 or 20 years, We routinely get together on weekends and for special occasions for a delicious meal in a homey atmosphere. The food is plentiful and prepared as though it were home cooked; and, the variety is large enough so that everyone gets just what they want. My family is sizeable and has some finicky eaters, and it is rare to find any restaurant that can satisfy all of them at any one time. If some want specially prepared items, or items not on the regular menu, the waitresses will do their best to get them. Frequently, the cook comes out to make sure that she gets the special order right. . They have several soups, many salads and veggies, potato pancakes, fried chicken, roast beef, ham and about any item that you request. Fried chicken is not greasy, but crisp, as are potato pancakes.Chicken, noodle soup is our family favorite and can't be beat. . Great food, pleasant waitresses and low prices.

A complete disgusting hole in the wall! Went for a post funeral luncheon and the food, the service and the lack of housekeeping was mind blowing. The food was sub par at best and they made changes to what we pre ordered for lunch without contacting us. There was a layer of dust, spider webs, LIVE bugs crawling on the window ledges where we sat. Flying insects - most likely from the window areas the entire so called meal. They management was rude and the wait staff was as well.Coffee grounds in the coffee and they strained the coffee at an empty table behind us while we watched. 4 of the 8 people we came with was sick that evening. I would not send my worst enemy here - period. The bathrooms were horrible- filth everywhere. Looks like they have not been cleaned in months.

Not enough Variety

This restaurant is good, but not great. The family style is better than the buffet. They need to make this a Polish/American restaurant. I think the buffet should be more opened up, so people are able to walk around it. I feel like the food is good for the price. The complaint I have is that they make the food in a polish manner. I think they should have more choices so it has American flavor as well. For example, the salad bar should have more lettuce and tomatos, not just polish salads. They should offer buns and bread. I will say their soup the best thing on the menu. I would recommend it for small parties or luncheons. The service is okay, but could be better.
