$200 pair of boots, leaked like crazy through the soles as soon as I got them, called on the phone, said they would replace them. Drove an hour and a half to the store, then they said they wouldn't replace them, after they said they would. Horrible service, I will never be back and recommend that anybody else steer clear of this place!!!

Loved the service I received. They were very helpful. I have now bought two pair of boys from their and articles of clothing. I have sent several customers to them as well and know they were treated very well.

Terrible, Once I told the guy I only wanted to spend $150 and not $500 he pointed and said the cheap boots are over there. Then he walked away. I'll never go back and wouldn't recommend anyone else shop there either.

Horrible customer service! Paid $200 for a pair of boots and they went on sale the next day! When I call to ask about the sale they said "surprise you are out of luck" I will never buy from them again!!!!!! F for customer service
