The rude female employee just told me off for buying too many lottery tickets. It interrupted her from stocking sandwiches and salads at 3:00 in the aftrernoon.

The store itself provides a lot of products and merchandise however the service I have experienced is beyond pathetic and disappointing. Most of the staff is helpful and friendly, however, I have a major issue with the store manager ( Ivonne). Not only am I a customer but I am also an employee at the Dunkin connected to the Henny Penny. I have been harassed multiple times by the manager, she has continued to spread rumors about me and slander my name. She constantly makes up stories and tattles on me to my manager and puts my job in jeopardy. She is always very rude to me on top of it. When I confronted her about the issues and asked her that if she had an issue with me discuss it with me instead of starting rumors and slandering my name and harassing me and as I'm trying to have a mature conversation with her she walks away mid conversation. I never had done anything to this woman, I have never even been rude to her for her to act like this. I feel like I'm in high school again with all the drama she starts. I'm tired of her constant harassment and her crazy obsession with me. Every week it's something new with her and now it is affecting friends of mine who are customers because she also started to spread rumors about friends of mine. For example, a friend of mine came to visit me at work when I was suppose to go on break. We were going to smoke a cig together. Well my job got busy by the time she arrived and I was not able to go, since she came to visit me and didn't bring any cigs with her I handed her some, completely visible that they were cigarettes, and then I head to the restroom. Next thing I know, kid you not, less than thirty seconds later, Ivonne goes straight to MY manager and tells her that my friend who was very high came in, did a drug deal and I was now in the bathroom doing those said drugs, mind you I was in the bathroom for about 20 seconds. Her whole story was fabricated, the cameras are proof and there was notOne ounce of truth to her story. My friend who came to visit me doesn't even do drugs let alone was she high. This isn't even the first or the worst of all this lady has done. She needs to mind her own business and stop trying to find and making up things to try and get me in trouble. I've never been anything but nice to this woman and cannot understand for the life of me why she has such a personal vendetta and obsession withMe that she has to act like this. Then like I said when I tried to be a mature adult and calmly confront her she literally walked away mid conversation and went to the back to hide until I left. It's annoying and pathetic for a store manager to act this way and treat a innocent, good customer and employee the way she has to me.
