wow - what an experience - and not positive. i opened accounts at Citizens last year and so far i have been mislead on everything! I have to call this branch (NF) every month to fix a problem. they are not the best at calling you back, when they do, i am told "i will reverse the charge," then next month it appears again - this has happened 3 months in a row! I was told i would get the $40 credit each month (special opening incentive at the time), when i call them to say i haven't received it, there is always an excuse why i don't have it. i feel this bank is not honest with their customers. i would advise you to go to a different bank for your business.
