We went to inquire about changing from the company we are with because of the 10 page bill and the hell we have to go through to get error corrected. Whenever we deal with our current provider all we get is a sales pitch. The young woman at AT&T was very informative. She spent the time we needed to thoroughly understand what we would be getting with their company. I was impressed and will be transferring to this company if I can ever get out from under the control of my current provider.

Stopped in to inquire about service change and the tech said he couldnt and didnt change anything yet? After leaving the store my cell service was turned off!! Not good!!
