I love Anne - and i love her clothing. Well i don't love all of her clothing - only because all of it is not my personal style, but the things she selects for me i absolutely love. She buys in Euope. Wonderful fabrics and styling. Each time i go in she remembers me and does ask what i'm looking for. I was shopping for an outfit to wear outdoors all day at an airshow mid summer. She quickly pulled items - capri pants that covered my muffin top middle and georgeous tops. And she showed me sale items too. I bought several items. <3

My mother found a dress she was interested in for my wedding. The manufacturer listed Anne's Boutique as a carrier. I called to inquirer and the person who answered was rude and referred to herself as "just the receptionist." A few days later after not hearing back, I decided to go to the store since it's a short distance from my home. I was immediately greeted and I again inquired about the dress. She told me that she didn't know what was in the inventory and that everything comes from France. She proceeded to tell me "I'm just the salesgirl"! I had all the information with me (manufacturer, color, style number etc.) She didn't even look at it! Don't waste your time. Take your money elsewhere. Terrible experience. ZERO SERVICE AND VERY RUDE!

OMG! The previous reviewers experience is identical to mine! The 'we don't do that here' line almost sent me out the door too. She is rude, terse, short and frankly insulting. But, I will say she has beautiful clothes and despite the bad treatment, I did buy a dress. Whatever you do pick out, she will take the credit for it! Believe me, not a pleasant experience from the service perspective but the dress is exisite!

When walked into store was asked if i can be helped when explained I'd like to browse the response i received was " I don't do that here" (The store has casual wear as well as dressy). Then was asked what I'm looking for, I responded for a cocktail dress. For what I was asked. Wrong!!! Its not any of their business.Asked size and was showed a dress that I would not be caught dead in. I briefly glance at things that I might be interested in but was not allowed to look at. How in the world does this woman know anything about me, my style or my budget?? Said not interested in giving her my business and immediately left. Went to another store where I proceeded to spend $1200 for a dress in which I love and was allowed to browse. You can keep you stuff Ann's Boutique!!!!
