Flowers died in a day said they would replace they haven't phone discounted now what kind of store is this?

I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement a week in advance of my wife's 30th birthday. They were about $100, and the picture on the website was beautiful. I was so excited because I had never surprised my wife like this before, and I knew she was going to love it. But the day of the delivery couldn't have gone any worse. The flowers were delivered, and they were absolutely nothing like what I ordered. The picture showed tons of beautiful pink roses in a cool square vase. These were a dozen non-pink roses in a plain vase. They didn't even have the little garnishing flowers. It was just a dozen cheap looking roses that I can get at Stop & Shop for $20. I called to complain. The person was very apathetic. I told her my issues, and she could have cared less. She said that she needed advance notice of rose colors to make sure they have them in stock. I said a week isn't good enough?! She said that the website is not reliable (then why have it?). AVOID THIS PLACE!! TERRIBLE!!
