I must say i was unhappy with the service i received in the auto area. I had stopped in to see if i could get an oil change, but they had a hour and half wait. They had 2 vehicles in there along with 3 mechanics. This was understandable. So i chose not to wait and scheduled an appointment for the following day. When i got there to get my oil changed, they had no record of my appointment, which is nonsense because i myslef filled out the personal appointment book date and time in front of the employee. So i asked if they could still assist me. The gentlemen responded that they had an appointment scheduled in 2 hours and could not assist me. There was 1 vehicle in the shop with 2 mechanics working on it, nobody else waiting. The gentlemen did not try to make things right, nor did he apologize. I understand it is not his fault, but its customer service. I must say i have exhausted my patience with this particular Wall Mart, and feel i need to go elsewhere for actual service.
