I called at 5PM to book a car for 7. They told me they didn't take reservations but to call back around the time i needed the car. At 645 I called back and they told me all the cars were RESERVED! I even spoke to the same person that told me they didn't take reservations. When I mentioned this she said some other people must have messed up and taken the reservations. Long story short, I missed my dinner reservations.
