The Executive Vice President, Ron Christopher, offered a 90 day guarantee to get my store's initiation deposit back. After a couple weeks we realized this business was not for us and no one... not Ron nor anyone at the company would return my calls for getting back our deposit. Essentially they are thieves.

Barter Connections has taken large sums of money from my credit card on two occasions without my approval. This happened in a two day period and have still not refunded the money to me. Ken has told me personally that has refunded the money several times, and then given excuses such as the wrong CC or the wrong acount, or we have deleted your CC from our system (which I requested). As of now I have disputed the charge with my CC company and I am waiting for the credit.



i am not writing this to say poor me, but to let others know to stay clear from this company!
