Arbat Energy is a fully-insured Certified Home Energy (RESNET HERS) Rating Company and a Mass Save Partner. Not only do we provide you with HERS Ratings and Free Screw-based CFL and LED Lights, but we also are able to maximize your rebate returns and partially offset the building costs through the Mass Save program called the, “Massachusetts Residential New Construction Program.” The program rewards and compensates home builders for their time and efforts in New Construction and 100 % Gut Renovations. In order to get returns, the builder has to have a certain percentage of improvement over the Massachusetts User Defined Reference Home (UDRH), and to comply with Mass Save Requirements. we also offer a Price Match Guarantee: Show us any invoice for a similar project or a quote for a current project from a third party inspection company and we will match that price, Guaranteed!
