I've been a National customer for several years and my technician, Ty, is always helpful and courteous, and able to work with my time schedule for my quarterly treatments! Highly recommend!

Terrance Jones is our Technician, he is one of the most polite and professional people we've ever done business with. I don't always see him when he comes to check our termite traps but when I do see him he is always so up beat and pleasant. We've had these traps now for several years and they have worked out well for us. We highly recommend National Exterminating.

My husband and I moved to the area 3 years ago and purchased our new home. Since our home was a new construction, it came with a pest control (termite) contract free to us for the first year with an option to renew the contract or choose a different pest control company. We chose to renew the contract for the following reasons.
Within the first quarter we scheduled an appointment for a technician to come and do an initial visit and bait check. The technician assigned to us was Sean and we have nothing but good things to say about him and the company.
Sean is a very knowledgeable, polite, efficient, flexible, prompt, respectable and personable man. He is always willing to work around our schedule for the quarterly inspections and we can honestly say that we have had an outstanding working relationship with Sean and the company he represents.

This company came highly recommended by the peninsula home builders association and they have been nothing but a pure disappointment. I have wasted my money dealing with them. I have not seen one dead bug and they have came to spray my house twice. They to a real careless job spraying. I'll be sure to tell the association at the next board meeting to not refer to this company anymore.

Several months ago extensive termite damage was uncovered at my in-laws home. Although National did not perform the original treatment and assessment, they were prompt in coming out to give us a second opinion. Butch was thorough and professional and soon got back to us with an estimate that was many thousands less and included improvements not covered in the original estimate. My mother-in-law was thrilled and promptly contracted them to perform the work.
However before work started she decided on an extensive modification to the original design. National took it in stride and Stan Zimmerman was assigned to head the project. What a treasure National has there. Stan is polite, professional and meticulous. On several occasions he came to the house to work after normal working hours and after working all day on other projects. The final outcome more than met our expectations.
I would also like to recognize the office staff. From the minute we entered and were greeted by Allison our experience was nothing but positive. Scott, Anna and Ann were patient and gracious. During the course of the work additional changes were asked for and each time we were greeted with a "no problem - can do" attitude. To say they went above and beyond to accommodate our requests does not begin to explain their work ethic. We are deeply appreciative for all of the hard work and kindness we were shown. I fully intend to use their services in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. Thank you again for all you did.

Read the fine print of the contract. The contract automatically renews each year unless you tell them not to in writing. I planned to switch to another company after a year, but they summoned us to court to collect a 2nd year of fees. The Deputy who served us told us that he sometimes delivers 10 or more of these to the same neighborhood, and most customers are shocked. They are not clear about this at all when you sign up. Stay clear!

WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have had a contract with them for the past 4 years and my neighbors also use their services. They are very informative and were easy to work with. The only reason we are not renewing is because we are transferring to another state. This year they have added a termite service that provides protection all year and is inspected quarterly vice an annual inspection. I definitely recommend their services.

Only recommend this company to someone you do not like. There are plenty of other companies in NN who do as good or better work without the hassle. Their customer service is horrible. The manager made my wife cry when she called with a simple question; he was rude and then hung up on HER. We switched companies immediately and have never been happier.
