Outstanding service! I called my home warranty today at 9 am and asked them to change the contract to an A/C place that is more responsive than 4 days and Maximum Air was at my house by 11am. Excellent service and repair

The day before the weather was supposed to soar into the 90s I called Max with an A/C that wasn't working properly. Max told me he would be there to fix it after I got off work...he didn't charge an "after-hours" fee, like many other places. After spending 2 hours sitting in traffic at an area tunnel, he still came to my house and fixed my A/C! Thank you!! I will never call anyone else. Max showed me what he was replacing and even how he could tell that was the piece that needed to be fixed.

Promptly on time, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will call again for service in the future.

I highly recommend Maximum Air for AC Service in the Williamsburg, VA area. They have been super to deal with. Actually, I have a home warranty and fortunately, when I have a problem and place a claim, 2-10 assigns Maximum Air. I have very difficult scheduling issues and they always try to accommodate me. This weekend (temp 96) I had an AC problem and they went out of their way to get the parts in and called to me set up an appointment to install the new coil. I was not expecting to have AC until Monday, so I am extremely happy with the service I receive from this company. Max, Chris and Alex have all been professional, efficient and friendly and a I will always request them for AC service.

Very highly recommended. We did a complete system replacement on a 15 yr furnance and 30+ year air compressor plus all the duct work. They were fantastic. The estimate was informative and helped the decision. Max and his team are professional, timely, friendly and respectful. They pay attention to the details and clean up after themselves very well. The house temperature stays stable and the system runs minimally ... what a difference! We definitely appreciate their fast, efficient, on-time install. I would recommend them to anyone. And will choose them again for any HVAC needs.

I've had used Max twice for my household (different problems) and both time were great experiances. His technicians were very knowledgable and took the time to explain what was going on and different types of solutions we could go to keep the issue from re-occuring and make my system more efficient. I price checked with other companies prior to any repairs and the price I recieved was about 1/3rd cheaper than other quotes I recieved. Repairs were done very quickly and professionally. friends and Neighbors: Pat and I replaced our 19year old heating and AC system in October with new Trane System. We replaced the upstairs heatpump with new high efficiency heat pump and air handling unit and the downstairs A/C we replaced with another high efficiency heat pump and tied it into a new 95% efficiency propane furnace. The results so far have been remarkable. For the first time in 19 years house is pleasantly warm in every room; much different from previous cold weather. And a bonus the propane furnace has not been used. Only the heat pumps and they put out warm air instantly. our propane bill was averaging over $400 per month during the winter month. I expect to realize considerable savings with new Trane systems.We used Maximum Air out of Newport News and I cannot say enough about the quality work they did. I have had to use them twice. I just bought a house and never used gas before. They came out both for different reasons and fixed my problems. They were very efficient and helpful. I recommend if you are in the Newport News area to give them a call. I would not use anybody else.
