I had a great experience with my wisdom tooth extraction. Quick, painless, quick healing, no complications.

Charged for work not performed ($1500 worth). They take advantage of people in pain.

While in extreme pain and before they would do any work on an overnight abcess, I was signed up for a GE/CareCredit account, then they charged the account $1500 for an implant they hadn't done and wouldn't be able to do for six months.

I returned a week later to have stitches removed and asked them to remove the future work charges and they refused, their story suddenly changed that they gave me a discount on everything (this does not match the paperwork they gave me) and I was told if they would credit me back the $1500, suddenly the costs of the abcess work they had performed would almost triple.

A second call and I was told the office would be charged a penalty if they credited my account now.

I went back into the office to attempt to resolve this and heard a new story: Prior to any work by the doctors, they opened the packaging for this implant that they didn't know if they'd be able to use until they started working, and so there was a restock fee.

I filed a complaint with Care Credit and the dentist response was to credit back only $500 of the $1500. Meanwhile, I'm being charged interest and late fees on the credit account they set up for me. They've lied and cheated me and refused to refund the $1000 balance for unperformed work. Run, don't walk, as far as you can from this office. From reading other review sites, apparently I'm not the only one experiencing what appears to be insurance fraud.

Thank god we can check things out before we subject ourselves to that kind of treatment.

I was going to go there because I heard Dr. Farzin was a good dentist from you and have seen their office. It is a nice office. I work nearby all the time. Who would ever expect that? I cannot understand after what you went through, the owner grabbed you buy the arm! You are a totally mellow guy. Those are terrible business ethics. What a "blank", I don't know what else to say except forget that place...

I've never experienced the complete lack of patient service eg. returning phone calls to make an appointment, returning e-mails and a ridiculous wait time then being told "The Dr. does not have time to see you". After several scheduling attempts to no avail, I finally got an appointment, only to be cancelled, three times in one week! The receptionist did not reschedule my appointment after he said he would that day. He admitted it to me over the phone that he never called me back but would not admit it to the doctor!



Because of their inability to schedule, I ended up having to have a root canal when it could have easily been prevented, had they called me back.



A new filling fell out and there was a cavity underneath, and I was told, "I cannot control your cavities" from the dentist. If it was underneath a brand new filling, whose fault is that? Absolutely poor customer/patient services.



They also push which I feel overpriced products. We bought two Sonicare toothbrushes at Costco for less than one was at their practice, actually the newer model!



Their dental procedure codes did not correspond to my insurance's (they are a provider!) and if I asked a simple question, they talked over me and became very rude. I listened and did not respond. Then, out of the blue while sitting in the chair the owner, escorted me out by the arm and told me to leave and find another dentist.



I truly believe they are overpriced and seem to "pad" their services with made up codes and services. For example, my first visit, I came in for a deep cleaning and they charged me $50 to use water during the procedure. It didn't require an assisant to administer the water, it was part of the cleaning device. I was nickle and dimed on every occasion when I had and have dental insurance.



Even after showing the documentation of my insurances codes, they disagreed with my insurance's designated codes and became very defensive and abrasive!? The office was empty, except for the employees, and after being turned away a fourth time in the last year, I am not going back.



We found another dentist that uses my insurance's codes and have filed a complaint with our insurance. In total, I took off four days of work to have nothing done with no pay. Who needs money, especially during these times?



We have good dental insurance and all the procedure codes are laid out. I have never had any problem with doctors' offices of any sort before, very strange. Formulate your own opinion, you know mine.



I apologize for my long rant but being cancelled an hour before my appointment is completely unacceptable, when we spoke with the dentist minutes beforehand confirming. We definately are extremely disapoited and would not recomend them to anyone!
