Upon entering your building on Saturday night there was a white man working at the front desk with black hair and tattoos on his arm. He had a very rude manor when he was getting us our shoes and lane. We asked how much pricing was and he told us it was $4.50 per game. He then proceeded to give us a lane. . .that lane had heaps of trash so we returned to him and requested a new one because of the trash,he seemed annoyed and gave us a new lane that was right next to the lane full of trash but this lane had a garbage can right next to our chairs with a horrible stench. Me and my wife didn't want any problems so we moved the trash barrels all the way near the wall and began bowling. We bowled three games and then went to pay. The man then told us our total was $27. We then told him that must be wrong . . .you told us $4.50 per game. He then pulled out a yellow sheet and pointed to the spot where it says $4.50 per game but at the bottom he showed us it says per person not per game. We argued with him asking him why he didn't present this paper to us in the first place. He did not even apologize he just proceeded to give us a harsh attitude. We realized we would get no where with him so we payed our bill then went to the snack cafe inside bowlorama and ordered some food that would take 15 minutes to prepare. After waiting about 5 minutes we then returned to the front desk and asked him what his name was so we can issue a complaint with the boss for not receiving the proper pricing before we bowled, he then told us " If I wanted you to know my name I'd be wearing a name tag, but if you want to talk to my boss here's his card" he tossed the card carelessly at me and my wife. I told him very sternly , I do not want your card I would like your name but if you will not give that to us I guess we will have to take it up with your boss. Me and my wife then proceeded to write down in our cell phones the current time, his description, and our complaint. While we were writing he then told us to leave. We told him we are waiting on our food it will be about 10 or so more minutes then we will leave he then told us no if you dont leave now I will be calling the cops. We left his front desk and walked to the snack bar to wait for our food. . .he still called the cops. The cops showed up and he directed them to us , the cop then asked us what happened and we explained to him and the two cops allowed us to get our food and they took down a formal complaint about the man from us. On our way out of the snack bar a customer over heard our complaint and told us that the man with the tattoos and black hair at the front desk is consistently rude to everyone and the customer also told us to write our complaints online and on the bowlorama facebook page , the customer also stated that our complaint would get no where with the boss because "he is no better than the man at the front desk". Had me and my wife known this place had such a bad reputation we would have never shown face there, I'm committed to sharing my bad experience with my friends, family, and others online.Just to summarize . . .Saturday night I was mislead with pricing by not receiving the pricing paper before bowling, my environment was trashed and it was upon myself to clean up the mess, I received a nasty attitude from the front desk man, and me and my wife got the cops called on us for no reason. This was my first and last experience at bowlorama

Great service with friendly environment. Great for our corporate outing.
