Many thanks to Tom for his expertise on the windows for our home. From past reviews I wasn't sure on them but if you head in there he can fill you in on all that your home needs to add value. Talk about helpful! Mark Findsen is like a rock star of doors and windows. He can really explain things to some of us who think we know what we want/need, while SAVING US money! I can't say enough about this place.

to the 'boss' who posted their own review on here, you've certainly cornered yourself on writing these reviews. The only thing you've shown is that you are the only one who comes on here to review and boast about Mr. Findsen. Its apparent that you're not the 'boss' since you haven't claimed this as your business on here. AND you are trying to gain some kind of free advertising. We will be employing your services for our remodel of windows and maybe a few doors in our Moorpark home. Which salesman should we ask for when in your store?

There is no way that my people would review themselves, with all the praise we recieve from our customers, and whoever would suggest this action is looking to loose respect from the clients that we cheerish with ever service we provide. We selected the windows that are new construction so they would look like the original. PlyGem Company is the name brand that we selected over Milgard because of value! All I can say is they were very helpful and their Contractor Sales Manager Mark gave us the best price around with a direct rebate from PlyGem that he filled out for us! False. Its not fair to have your own salesperson post a 'review' about their own place. Actual customers post reference to their actual order and experience. Its nice that the salesman self promotes himself on a review site but not fair to real reviewers. But by lack of any comments or reviews on this, I can see I'll find business elsewhere.

Mark Findsen, the Contractor's Sales Manager help my wife and I with our Windows and Doors for our home in Thousand Oaks, CA. They were very helpful to my family on every aspect of picking out and explaining all of the characteristics of the doors and windows that would help us in our selections during the remodel we had done. We recommend Rancho Door & Window for purchasing doors and windows to any home owner in the area because of their service and follow-up!

We live locally and had our doors and windows replaced with Rancho Door & Window in Newbury Park, and they did an outstanding job start to finish.

Rancho provides horrid customer service. I should've picked this up when they bad mouthed their competition, but I was too trusting. Rancho made multiple unauthorized charges to my credit card when I gave them my credit card information for the "deposit." They charged me 100% of the cost upfront including labor, even though their quote stated 50% down. Once they have your commitment, you can expect to do all the follow up as they will not call you as promised. Rancho is a retailer, thus what they provide is a service. There are so many other retailers in the area, so pass on these guys. This was a nightmare transaction for me. I've learned my lesson here, so hopefully I can save someone else the extra headache.
