Last week on the hottest day ever my air conditioning stopped working .The house was unbearable, I called several companies for service. They would not even entertain the idea of sending someone right away or even the next day . I called Aladdin AC company and I was greeted with respect and managed to get someone out between 6-8 PM the same day.The tech arrived and very professionally found the problem and fixed it. He also introduced me to Alladin club which has wonderfull advantages and also got discount on my service. I was told as club member now if any time I need service they will be there the same day even on Sundays. Very impressed with the service from start to finish and will highly recomend to anybody. He took the time to explain to us the problem and repaired it in a timely fashion. The Aladdin man even cleaned off the hand print left on my wall by the first company I call who couldnbt find the problem I felt very safe with the man from Aladdin.

BEWARE we called them and the repairman that came out found a leak in the condenser and told us it would need to be replaced which we also explained with the replacement we would get 1 year service included so we went with them. Now when trying to get the so called included service they tell us that service is NOT included only what is on the written proposal they give to you after the job is all done. They proposal also stated we declined permits and title 24 inspection which we were never even told of so by them including this on the proposal that gets signed after all work is done they are covering their a$$. Bottom line they are no better than shady used car salesman BEWARE

Aladdin Air NP to my rescue! Cannot express how grateful I am for my phone conversation this AM with Wayne Beck. My heater would not come on. It had worked through the night. The gas was on, I was able to cook on my gas range. The hot water was fine. Simply suggesting I re-boot the electrical was the answer. I am very impressed by this simple solution. I recently purchased a new filter from Aladdin in NP, as they had serviced my heater in the recent past. I am now very ready to sign-up! for the Aladdin Club. With much appreciation.

ac wasn't working. jesse came in about an hour. he was very clean and got us running. we got a maintenance plan and he performed it on the spot. now ac seems to be working better then before. great service at a good price thanks

I came home from vacation to HOT southern CA and an even warmer house. I had just moved in and we hadn't tried the A/C yet. The inspector said it was old, but ok. Well, "ok" if you didn't want to use it. However, when I tried to use it that night, it didn't work. THe motor outside came on but the air was not cool coming out of the vents. I looked on Angie's List and called Aladdin the next day. THe lady I spoke to was super nice and warm. Great customer service. I had coolant repolaced and the lines were checked for leaks. It wasn't cheap, but I didn't expect it to be. The guy called me on his way and was very friendly - but not too friendly - when he arrived. I told him the problem and he sussed it out and presented me with options. I felt like he was very honest. He recommended a less expensive option and said that if it was him, he'd go with that one.

Great company. They came out on the 4th of July When our air conditioning would not work and got my house cool. I thank them for there kindness becouse my mother lives with us and was having a hard time with the heat. The guy who installed it last year wouldn't even call me back. Well, he showed up. He had a professional manner. He was unable to repair my heat pump (heating/air conditioning) at a reasonable price. Aladin wanted 6 k to repair a little transfer valve that wasn't getting electrical current, which makes the unit compress coolant and transfers heat to the inside unit. The air conditioning was working well before he got there. 10 k to replace the system. He told me I needed a new thermostat. I'd seen them at Home Depot for $50 so I said ok. Then he charged me $450 after installing. Now my doesn't work, either. He tried to sell me a 6 month service plan for a heat pump that only delivered air conditioning in the dead of winter. Now I have no air thanks to the fancy thermostat he installed which doesn't connect to the inside unit. No heat. Hey, at least I know what temperature it is in my living room and I had a nice big bill.
