We loved our driver, Vinnie. The cars are clean and comfortable and the driver was friendly and courteous besides being an excellent driver. He was prompt and we have no complaints. He may have one or two of his own. He was there to pick us up early and we messed him all up. My cell 'phone wasn't working properly and I lost his cell 'phone number. He was inside by the baggage claim and we were outside. It was 100% our fault and we'll know better next time. We would request Vinnie for our next trip if he'll have us.



We're not cell 'phone users. Ours is for outgoing calls only. We know nothing more than that about using the darn thing. After seeing what a nightmare experience we caused for your driver, I'm home reading up on "How to Use Your New Cell Phone".
