Terrible, terrible terrible customer service. No one takes responsibility for anything. No one ever answers the phone. Face to face is even worse. Have had to make several formal complaints about this post office but nothing works. Don't bother to schedule a home pick-up because they never pick up the packages unless you run after them. I can't say how terrible this post office is and if I could give no stars or minus stars, I would give them a -10 or less. Horrible, terrible, very bad!!!!

Horrible customer service. Phone just keeps ringing, it's impossible to get through. Supervisor Bernadette is a shame to speak to in person.

The most consistently despicable service anywhere. A damnable atrocity.

I was supposed to receive a case in the male on April 21 and I still haven't gotten it . The tracking number is in the carrier on April 20 and for some reason it was delayed and I haven't gotten it we went to talk in person and they said they will take cared of it and they still haven't gotten it so for this reason I won't trust them ever again

Horrible service. I'm amazed this postal service is still in business. You're either on hold for over an hour or they pick up and hang up the phone. And when you do get a live person, they tell you that there's nothing they can do to help you. And act as if they could care less. What's the point of having them lazy bastards working?

Recommend new management. Supervisor, Bernadette, is incredibly unprofessional. It is a shame, for the sake of the subordinates. Action reflects leadership. Judging by the review it is safe to assume this is consistent problem with a very easy solution.

Awful. Just awful.

I agree with what the other reviewer said about them leaving the phones off the hook. I'm trying to call now and it rang for 3 1/2 minutes straight then disconnected. I ordered a gift online and they marked it delivered when I searched my entire property and the envelope is not here. I can't even get them on the phone to ask about it! No wonder people say the post office is obsolete.

They leave their phone off the hook so no one can call them with concerns. I have been trying to get in touch with someone to have the mail carrier stop stuffing our mail box with junk mail for weeks after we moved. They are also lazy and don't use the steps or walk way, instead they use our brick garden wall to save 4 steps. I'd like to remove our mail box and get a PO box. It would be worth the money.
