I wanted a Hyundai because of all the cars I looked at, they last a long time and are really safe and reliable. I put them through their paces and really made them work to accommodate me (credit issues, limited monthly payment amounts, etc.), but they did their best to help me out. My salesman, Jack, was perfect for me. I've worked retail for over 14 years and know all the tricks of the trade, but my sales guy was so laid-back and allowed me the time to come to my conclusions on my own. He didn't hound me or pressure me, and I really appreciate that. He and the finance guy answered all of my questions, as honestly as I can tell, no matter how stupid they were. Great cars. Just bought a new Hyundai elantra and had a great time while doing it. Jack was a great sales man and honorable. Made us feel almost like family. He found us a great car and great deal in our budget. i would definitely suggest if anyone is looking for are car go see this man he will not take advantage of you and will get to know what you need and want.

I recently bought my Hyundai Azera here and I was really happy with the customer service, Jack was really helpful and very knowledgeable. Even though there is minimum/zero advertise for Azera, this very much competes with the new Chevy Impala or Honda Accord.

I can't say enough about Porter Auto Group, and in this particular case Porter Hyundai. I had just bought a car in May of 2012-which was my fourth from Porter, so they were surprised to see me back again. Many sales people would just assume I was killing time, but our sales person, Tim Miller spent time with me, going over options and vehicles. We decided on a Silver Limited Tucson AWD with the Premium Package. They didn't have any, but Tim looked at the incoming inventory and found that there was one on the way. This is where I can help you to understand how much I enjoy working with Porter: Other dealers within driving distance did have those vehicles in stock, and we didn't even bother contacting them-we love working with Porter. The deal? Absolutely amazing. Anyone can go on the internet and look up car prices these days, and I was very happy with the price I got compared to "fair market value". When the car got in, it was quickly inspected, prepped and detailed.

Sales staff at Porter is wonderful! However, service is unwilling to fix problems with your brand new car and are argumentative when you KNOW something is wrong. BEWARE OF THIS DEALER!
