Terrible! Rosa insisted on charging me $1.99 for a boys' size 12 shirt, while a boys' size 20 shirt was only $.99 with coupon! She said she was right because she's been there for four years...no one has ever charged me a different price for a different size! Terrible customer service!

Our theater company has taken costumes there for years and we have never had a problem. Whenever they felt that they might have problems with the item, like a sparkled ball gown or a faux fur lion costume, they have told us and declined taking it. In about 5 years, I only had trouble once with them misplacing a pillow that went with my comforter. It was eventually found. I have never taken anything extremely valuable there nor would I given the reviews. Also, I never dealt with a Felicia. Always a very polite and professional Mexican man in a wheelchair who I assume either manages or currently owns the business. For basic items, I would recommend them.

they do not know how to press tuxedo pants or shirts they would not fix the creases or do a refund $300 suite

Please stay away. I agree with what other customers said about the business and the owner, they ruined my item, told me I brought it in that condition, "the owner" yelled at me to get out. Instead of admitting for burning the item they chose to yell at me. "The owner" has no customers skills. I would recommend to stay away from that location because if something happens you are going to be blamed for it.

Stay Away! You get what you pay for definetly. The Owner, Felicia, is extremely rude and obnoxious. They lost a garment and she dared me to file a claim stating I would only get 10x what I paid to have it cleaned. Avoid this place if you value your clothing.

You get what you pay for. If I could give negative stars I would. This place stained my clothes, refused to take ownership of stain. Manager was incredibly rude, sarcastic and contradictory. Don't waste your money!!!

I love this place - the price can not be beat! and the service has ALWAYS been great for me and I've been going for years. The staff is polite and efficient and they try hard to please. I take everything there. Even t-shirts - at their prices i can afford to.

Avoid this dry cleaner. They ruined a $250.00 comforter. It was tan and chocolate with peach accents. They turned it teal blue. The new manager was nasty and sarcastic. A real low life. This is no bargain. You get what you pay for in life.

They are very unprofessional, they lose clothing give you other peoples clothes.... They lost my sons jeans a month ago... and they refuse to resolve the matter... they keep telling me they havent come in yet... I was getting a zipper replaced that i told them 2wks ago i didnt want done... I just wanted the jeans bk... they have bagged clothing and not cleaned them... I have never been so disgusted with an establishment in my life... The count person claims management dont take calls or gives an address for complaints... he is the worst... Dont do it, go elsewhere i wish someone had warned me!
