Local Law 152 of 2016 is Periodic Inspection of Gas Piping Systems Required Beginning January 1, 2020, gas piping systems in all buildings, except for buildings classified in occupancy group R 3, must be inspected by a Licensed Master Plumber(LMP), or a qualified individual working under the direct and continuing supervision of a LMP, at least once every four years according to the schedule set out in 1 RCNY 103 10. Zatos Plumbing and Heating is the culmination of Phils sixteen years of experience in the field and accumulation of a great deal of knowledge and best practices. Phil started as a helper and rose to managing multi-million dollar projects and overseeing 60 workers. He has worked on residential and commercial developments and overseen all project stages from design and layout to finished product, culminating in the turnover of the building. Drawing on his comprehensive experience, Phil created his own company in 2019, and he is a master at finding creative and efficient solutions, which make peoples lives easier.
