Totally great. Took my baby daughter for passport photos and the owners couldn't have been nicer.

I have been dealing with this lab for over 10 years - I always find them professional and give the best advice when processing or restoring photos - the owner does know what he's talking about

See City Search review. Owner is argumentative and rude. I gave them $400 worth of photo's to restore in March . Two out of 8 were good. The rest were on the wrong paper and the colors off. Gave back twice to corect and still wrong. It is the end of June.Owner doesn't let you finish talking and assumes he knows what you are going to say. I paid in full and walked out. Staples does a better job than he does of making copies. Before I left, I told him that another person - that's as far as I got. He jumped on me and continued to say that it was impossible to do what I wanted. I told him that what I was going to say was that another person saw one of the good photo's he did and I was going to refer them as a customer but since he jumped all over me I told him to forget it.Do not bother with this guy. Rude and obnoxious at best.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Lighting is horrible - can't imagine any photo would be acceptable by a government agency. Don't bother

I needed a passport photo and my time was so tight! I called before going there to know the store houres. I rushed after my work but I reache dthere when it was around their closing time. Eventhough it was a bit late they got my work done very fast and in its best way. they stayed even after store closing time to finish my work. I loved my photo, it was the best I've ever had!
P.S. I think I looked so tired because the lady offered me a cup of tea that she made for themseleves! and of course I accepted and enjoyed!

This place is horrible! The guy at the front desk was rude and incomepetant.. He literally kicked me out of his store because i wanted options for my work.... warning...if you dont want to be spoken down to or be kicked out, dont go here!!!

I'm a Canadian American and had to get my passport photo retaken recently. The owner knows all the sizes, even for other countries likes Australia and Germany. Quick and cheap, go if you're in need of proper passport photos.

I had unfortunately dealt with Mark the owner.
He distroyed all the film from my wedding. The chemials were not balanced properly in his film machine. All of the negatives came out with spots all over them.
He didn't apologize and wouln't give me my money back.
Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT use this photo lab.

We've been getting our prints done with Trilogy for years. Their location is easy to get to from all the major trains, and the service is always quick and knowledgeable.

The owner even helped me pick out a new digital camera online a few years ago, explaining the pros and cons of each one and even helped me find one that was really well priced!

They're a little unkempt but from what I can tell that's NEVER affected the work they've produced for me.

I found this place a little while ago, having just moved to the Tribeca area and thought I'd give this place a try since I wanted photos from my vacation printed. The guy who runs the place made sure to get exactly what i wanted done written down before hand and the finished photos were the exact quantity and quality I was hoping for, if not better! The guy really knows how to deal with photos and i found out they do more than just regular prints at this place. Really they can do it all, not something you'd expect from a tiny rundown place in the city.

I'm coming here for all my photo needs from now on (:

The guy processed my films. I got the films back totally scratched and unusable. It was my vacation pictures. I am so mad.

He agreed that it is his machines that scratch, did not give the money back.

NOT RECOMMENDED! There are better places. Risky!

I see comments all over the internet about his bad attitude and MISTAKES he makes.

I work in the area, being going to this place for years, always good pleasant service, hardly ever a wait. The guy knows his business. And he's willing to give helpful unpressured advice. A-One.

I had a problem when I thought the owner of this business lost my film. It turns out that a customer accidentally took the film and returned it weeks later, so my faith was restored in this business. The owner replaced my film and developed two rolls for free, PLUS gave me another small discount when I returned with more film to develop.

i dropped off some slides to get developed. when i picked them up, they were totally blurry and unuseable. he agreed and agreed to do it over again. when i came back to pick them up a second time, they weren't much better. i told him i couldn't possibly use them and that they didn't at all depict my paintings. i told him i wasn't happy and that i wanted my $ back...($50). he said he wouldn't give it back, insisted that he did a good job and that my pictures were fine. as the owner, he should be ashamed of himself for the horrible way he runs his business. do yourself a favor, don't use this place for anything! he obviously doesn't care if his customers are happy!
