I was a patient of Morton Teich, A clinical ecologist/ environmental
medicine specialist. He uses tinctures of gasoline, urethane, formaldehyde
etc as medicine and diagnosed me with a masked allergy to formaldehyde which
he described as a non-toxic substance. He gave me injections and sublingual
\ tinctures of same. After becoming sick due to treatment I consulted the State
Health Dept. Div. of Medical Misconduct. There investigator told me there head
physician knew Teich and said hes...

I am really surprised that A doctor with this "experience" could diagnose my son with "Autism" just by looking at him. He never ran a test, never talked to the kid, or even read the report that was written by his associate who saw the kid a week earlier who said:"no signs of autism". My son is 4 yrs old now and thank god he is ok. He goes to 4K and talks normally, in a good mental and physical condition. The real doctor said about dr. Teich's diagnosis: "this is not even a theory, it is a bad guess". I will post a comment every years and update , Dr. Teich.Thanks

I don't know how anyone came up with 5 stars for this guy. First of all he insists he know everything and the patient knows nothing. He advocated a sinus surgery that 2 other doctors told me was not warranted could negative effect. On his advice went of the surgury and have repeat sinus infections.

Dr. Teich is a wonderful, caring and brilliant doctor. He diagnosed and cured my daughter when other doctors could not find her problem. He has alleviated my son's allergies and tweaked my thryoid medication so that I have much more energy. He is a rare doctor: one who listens to his patients. BTW, I called the New York State agency that investigates doctors and was told that there are no past or outstanding investigations into Dr. Teich -so the previous poster's comments are not accurate.

Dr. Teich has a dual practice, conventional allergy treatments and clinical ecology. Controlled double blind studies have proven the later procedures to be dangerous and worthless*. Affable in manner (as con men are) he convinced me to undergo treatment consisting of injections and tinctures of formaldehyde and other chemicals. Teich claimed formaldehyde is " a non toxic substance" and "its absolutely save to inject toxic chemicals" (into the skin). The result a permanent sensitivity to air born formaldehyde. I reported this to the New State Office of Professional Medical Conduct of the New York State Department of Health. I was told by there investigator that the head physician stated that he knew Teich and "he is a phony" the investigator said "we are going to get him". Teich and his lawyers altered my records (including changing written statements by me (creative Xeroxing) in the process of oficating the investigation.*Double blind tests by Denver Jewish Hosp. & CA.Health Dept.
