Dina Rosa has terrible customer service skills - i'll keep this short. If you do not advertise on your voicemail that you are open on Monday's from 10am-3pm then potential customers would not point out to you that you have incorrect information. I just love when business owners insist that the customer is wrong vs. listening to your own recording in your own voice. Yes Dina, you are wrong. What closes the deal for me is PLEASE do not address me as "SWEETHEART", my name was clearly stated and in the event you could not remember or did not catch it Miss would have sufficed.
