Whether you are looking to try Pilates for the first time or are a Pilates enthusiast, you can be sure that you'll find what you're looking for at Pilates with Mariana. Mariana has over a decade of experience teaching movement to; athletes, people recovering from injury, pre and post natal women, children and the elderly, so you can rest assured that your Pilates session will be tailored to your own needs and that it will be challenging and - most important - fun! You can book your private equipment based session on the UES location or request a home visit by email or phone.

Location

Private equipment classes are currently held at the Iowa Sports Center, entrance from The Monterey's courtyard. Classed are also available in the convenience of the student's home.
