Wish I could give ZERO stars. The most incompetent management company in New York City. Think twice before being a tenant with this group of completely rude, unhelpful and lazy property managers. No returned phone calls, rude employees with no customer service skills or care for tenants. Also, be sure not to call in the early afternoon, because they're on their 2 hour lunch break from their 6-7 hour day. I wish I could work here and have zero responsibilities like this bunch! As a member of the NYC real estate community, I am truly disgusted by the treatment I have received and the absolutely horrific quality of my building. Please take my review to heart and take your rent money elsewhere! Park Avenue South Management, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
