I wish all appointments could be handled as they do at the Midtown Medical Pavillon. The facilitoes are very neat and clean, the staff starting with reception is courteous and professional. The technician was the best, helpful, professional, and personable. I didn't feel rushed or as if I were just another body. Treated with dignity and respect. Thank you.

I am very pleased with my visit to this group for my yearly mammogram test. The practitioners are very professional, gentle, and informative, all attributes necessary when anxiety can't help but enter into the once-a-year appointment day. I was received promptly at the appointment time and finished within a half hour.

Very pleased with the whole experience

My appointment was practically on time, within 20minutes of my arrival, which was great. The technician doing my scan was very nice. She told me what she was going to do, eased my nerves, answered my questions, and gave me a time frame that my doctor would receive my test results so I could follow up. Plus my doctor said the scan was done very well, and would not need to be repeated because of that - which was really great to hear,

I had never had an ultrasound before and was nervous for my first appointment. While it was not difficult to schedule an appointment, I did feel that I was rushed by the person with whom I scheduled my appointment, so rushed in fact, that they didn't even tell me to arrive with a full bladder (apparently necessary for an ultrasound). So, I had to drink a lot of water when I arrived to be sure I would be ready for my appointment. THAT SAID, I had the best lab tech that I have ever had. With the exception of my PCP and my dermatologist, who are both wonderful doctors, this woman was the best and I wish i could see her for everything! She took her time, explained everything to me, talked me through what I could expect and advised that I call my ob/gyn to let her know that my results were in their system (thus speeding up the review of my text results). The facility is very nice and clean, and the exam rooms are also well-kept.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles and helpful staff. The technician who did my scan was extremely professional and knew her stuff. Her supervisor was also very comforting. I have been through many of these and this truly was the best and easiest experience.

Easy to get to- 2 blocks from the A and 1 train. All of the staff were pleasant and professional. Atmosphere calm and clean. Gowns that fit and cover all to wear in waiting area. Easy to make an appointment.

I have been using this facility for breast imaging for many years. When I walked into the office this week, I was surprised to see that it was totally redecorated. It looked great. Fortunately the service remained the same. Everyone is courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr. Handler was very thorough in making sure all my questions were answered and I had all tests necessary to make an accurate diagnosis. I was fortunate to have Luba perform the ultrasound I needed. She was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure well. I would recommend this facility to everyone
