i.e., A loBeware of your investment. They are no longer Toothsavers they call themselves Universal Dental. I went to them Oct 2011. Paid them in full on my first visit. 18 months later I'm still waiting for my porcelain final product. They gave me a set of upper porcelain crowns to try on anbd see how I feel with them. The bite was completely off. Within 2 weeks The porcelain cracked and chipped on four of the teeth exposing the cheap metal they call "precious". Whatever you do; make sure you get anything they promise you in writing. Trying to get anything in writing from them after they have your money is like Pulling Teeth. The place is very unsanitary. The professionalism there; there isn't any! The worst investment I've ever made was with Toothsavers/Universal Dental. Look them up on NYS Education Department to confirm the doctors. have been a patient of toothsavers for years. Not sure why people have bad things to say about these guys..just spotted some of the reviews while looking up the phone number. I've referred others to toothsavers and have never heard a bad thing about them. Some people expect too much, if you have reasonable expectations you will be more than pleased!

Went in on an emergency on a Saturday afternoon and thought I'd be waiting forever. There were 3 dentists working and hygenists that I saw. I was taken back within 20 minutes and didn't have an appointment. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and they did a good job!

Horrible dentistry. Rude employees. Unlinesed people working. At this office. They over book, with only 3 dentist at work. Horrible assistants. Don't know what they are doing. Would not refer ever again.

After looking at the ratings on Google, I decided to pay ToothSavers a visit. No one likes dentists by nature, so a 4/5 star rating impressed me, especially when i saw the focus they have on customer service. They did not disappoint me.

I used ToothSavers when I was at work in the city when I had an emergency. I had another dentist closer to home, but they did such a great job, I come back to ToothSavers whenever I need a dentist.

In March I went into ToothSavers for a free consultation knowing there were a few things that I would need to have done. They quickly confirmed what I was thinking but they didn't try and push me to have everything done immediately. They even discussed payment plans with me so it would be affordable for me over time. They priortized the work that would need to be done first, some fillings, and decided to leave some of the other things for later. I felt good that they weren't telling me everything would need to happen with urgency - something other dentists have told me in the past.

The most horrible dental office ever! Scam artists is the right label for them. They employ unqualified staff. Some of the don't even speak basic English. Avoid , avoid, avoid. Good reviews must be part of their scam.

When I asked for a discount, much to my amazement, Toothsavers substantially reduced their fee. I immediately scheduled an appt and started surgery that week. The dental assistants, administrative staff and doctors are patient, nurturing and approachable. Their waiting room is usually packed with a diverse group of interesting people. Waiting time is occasionally delayed because everyone is treated with equal care, and prudence. The office staff function like a hard working family, accommodating their patients with the utmost regard. The owner, Mitchell, is a friendly and constant presence, often checking in on patients to inquire about their comfort and health. I began treatment six months ago, with at least a year of dental work ahead of me. I am absolutely confident that I will walk away from Toothsavers with a perfect set of implants and a bright new smile!

When I saw Toothsavers for the first time, my mouth was not in good shape and I knew I was in need of some advice. They came up with a plan for me and unlike other doctors, didnt judge me or make me feel bad. They tried to make me comfortable and help me turn over a new leaf!

I have a demanding job and finding time to make an appointment for something like the dentist falls to the bottom of my priority list. In the past, Ive gone years between getting even a cleaning and check up just because I cant seem to get there. ToothSavers has worked with me to ensure that they take me when I need them and on my schedule!

I was in need of an emergency extraction and Toothsavers came to the rescue. After searching for a dentist to relieve my pain, the only one available was Toothsavers. They were kind and gentle and immediately made an appointment for the same day, just hours after I called. They are great.

I find a lot of dentists I go to try and put a lot of pressure on you to get work done. I don't have dental insurance, so I'm always looking for the most affordable option that would still suit my needs. Even if there are payment plans, I'm still not comfortable spending a ton of money where there's a choice. When I saw Toothsavers, they understood this. THey did offer financing, but I was also able to get advice o an option that would work and suit my budget.

Awesome! One of the only dentists I could find open on the Sunday of a holiday weekend. Had never gone to them before, but needed help quickly. They took me in and I will definitely be going back. When I went in, I'd never heard of ToothSavers, but since I've looked them up. What's with some of the negative feedback? They did everything by the book with me and it seemed true to their style. I'm glad to see there are so many others that had good luck there, too!

Toothsavers provided wonderful service. I needed some dental work done quickly and this group of dentists worked with my schedule and budget. They are affordable and do quality work. This is a great group of dentists that I will continue to use from now on.

Exceptional dentists. I had a dental emergency and they took me right away. The staff was kind and the dentist was very gentle. They even offered a payment plan so I could afford to have the procedure done. Thank you Toothsavers!
