Epoch Holding Corporation is a holding company whose line of business is investment management and investment advisory services. The operations of the company are conducted principally through its wholly owned subsidiary, Epoch Investment Partners. EIP is a registered investment advisor under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 that manages investment assets for retirement plans, mutual fund clients, endowments, foundations and high-net-worth individuals. EIP offers nearly 10 investment products, such as all cap equity, United States value, United States small cap value, worldwide small cap, absolute return, international small cap, balanced portfolio and United States value concentrated. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2005, assets under management by EIP totaled nearly $850 million. Epoch also sponsors two mutual funds, Epoch International Small Cap Fund and the Epoch All-Cap Value fund, and is the beneficiary of a subadvisory contract with CI Mutual Funds of Canada.
