Dr. Abbott and the front desk staff always make me feel like family - I actually enjoy coming to the doctor. They are also as accommodating as they can be with scheduling which is a big help. Dr. Valencia saw me right away to assess a differential between a sprain and fracture - despite a very busy schedule. She is warm, friendly, professional and soothing. She also diagnosed a ligament tear that was completely unexpected. She and Dr. Abbott were professional and supportive during my surgical procedure (right in the office- an accredited surgical facility) and the anesthesiologist was also lovely.
