Detailed review from a very unsatisfied customer



I have had the "pleasure" of using the services of Casa Organic Cleaners just once and it was more than enough for me to come to the conclusion that I will never use this company again for my dry cleaning. In fact, it was the worst service I have even experienced from a US company.



Please be warned. Do not put your clothes/suits/coats or anything else in their hands. This company is the most unprofessional, unorganized and the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with.

The only positive thing in the order was that they did clean my suits. All else is just a disaster.



Please think carefully before doing any type of business with them. I hope that my opinion will help other to avoid this unwanted mess and headache.

This was my first ever dry-cleaning experience as I am from England and I guess we don't really do dry-cleaning over there!



Casa were brilliant from start to finish. They honoured my Groupon and stuck to the prices on the page even though they said they were now out of date! The cleaning itself was immaculate and there were some tricky pieces such as silk vests and heirloom lace nighties, and they cleaned these pieces several times on different settings to remove all the marks.



Rafael was also very friendly and helpful. He arranged the delivery times instantly, and the van was at my door within 30-minutes on pick-up and delivery.



Overall just a great experience and we are now going to be using them all the time, including for my wife's wedding dress which is obviously very valuable to us.
